Broccoli slaw!!! 2 cloves of garlic (pressed or minced) sautéed in 2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil then I added half a bag of broccoli slaw (1lb) sautéed a bit then I covered it for a few minutes and almost burned it (but didnt!) then I added 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce. Than I hoovered the whole thing down! It was yummy! If I hadnt know it was broccoli I dont think I would have been able to identify it. I mostly tasted the sesame oil and soy sauce and a little garlic with a definite vegetable taste that really wasnt cruciferous.
